White fillings, also known as composites, are great at restoring broken down or decayed teeth. Here at White Oak Dental Practice, we mainly use either composite or porcelain restorations. Both these filling materials are matched to your own natural tooth colour so not only do they look very natural, they are bonded by a special adhesive into your tooth, adding to the retention of the filling and sealing the tooth. Porcelain is usually used when more than half of the tooth is missing.
